Another week and another stumble by the coin. Just when we think we’re turning the corner, the coin flip Gods bring us back to reality. As is reality, picking winners is much easier than picking against the spread, and that holds true with the coin as well. Last week the coin went an impressive 9-4 picking winners, bringing the season total to 86-73-2. Not bad, right? Well just as UNimpressive was the coin going 4-8-1 against the spread sinking our season numbers down to 72-82-7. Not insurmountable, but the future is starting to look a little bleak.
Week 12 picks are below and they include all the Thanksgiving games today. Here’s hoping our forefathers are looking down upon us and helping the coin figure it out. Once again, the coin flips twice for each game, one to pick an outright winner and one to pick against the spread. A flip of heads goes to the home team and a flip of tails goes to the away team.
