Working at a law firm, my duties include reading lots of court decisions. I stumbled across this beauty the other day and couldn’t believe what I was reading. This woman wanted to certify a class action lawsuit because her hazelnut coffee was not made with REAL hazelnuts. She claimed that she either wouldn’t have purchased the product, or would have paid less for it had she known that it wasn’t made with REAL hazelnuts.
Speakin’ of nuts…yeah, that’s all I have to say about that lol. Link to full decision below. The judge rightfully dismissed this woman’s “claim.”
